Lead a team of 17 developers across three data initiatives, providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and delivery oversight. Key achievements: Built a Master Inventory framework that standardized drug inventory reporting across the organization, reducing new development timelines from ~14 days to 1–4 days. Developed a config-driven patient journey status reporting platform that consolidated status logic into a unified reporting table, reducing development time from ~1 month to 1–2 weeks. Consolidated 48 separate tables into 1 standardized table for greater insight into patient journeys.

Oversaw data feeds for 9 drug programs ensuring contractual compliance. Worked directly with clients and stakeholders to validate data delivery. Converted legacy reports into PowerBI, mined and cleaned data from numerous sources, and developed EDI 850 file transmission procedures with third-party vendors.

Built and validated data feeds using SQL for PBMs, carriers, analytics, and portal access. Created API tools that reduced data entry time from 45 seconds to under 1 second per record. Successfully migrated 3 years of historical data between claims systems and developed Java programs for data extraction, cleaning, and formatting.

Built and validated data feeds using BASH and Java. Developed a database for RX data received from PBMs, established automated processes for loading EDI files, and administered the help desk ticketing system for full end-user support.

Progressed from team member to supervisor, overseeing facility equipment, maintenance scheduling, and LEAN-based inventory management. Built a custom inventory tracking system adopted by multiple local franchises, reducing food cost across locations.
